Welcome to the online shop Personalized Holidays in Greece (www.personalizedholidaysingreece.gr), hereinafter referred to as “online shop”.
Our online shop provides services of complete tourist packages and day or multi-day excursions and remains open for reservations 24 hours a day, all year round.
By browsing and / or making a reservation at the online shop, you unreservedly agree to all of the following terms, which you should read carefully.
Your navigation in the online shop as well as the realization of any transaction or communication with our company, means the unconditional acceptance of these terms of use by you. Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice of the visitor / member / customer of our online shop (in whole or in part): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the contents of the online shop and c) part or all of the external appearance (interface), structure or composition (configuration) of the online shop as well as its technical specifications. We also reserve the right at any time, unjustifiably and without prior notice to the visitor / member / customer of the online shop to cancel, suspend or terminate our operation. The visitor / member / customer of Personalized Holidays in Greece recognizes and unreservedly accepts all the above by only navigating or using the services of Personalized Holidays in Greece.
1.1 Item Description
The online store Personalized Holidays in Greece displays, promotes, and sells services of complete touristic packages and day or multi-day excursions. We reserve the right to freely choose the services we promote and sell, as well as to modify, renew and / or withdraw them at any time and without prior notice. Same applies to our pricing policy, any offers and discounts, which we can modify, renew and / or withdraw at any time and without prior notice and / or compliance with the deadline of their validity, unless expressly stated.
1.2 Usage / Content / Prices
1.2.1 Use / Operation
Both parties (online shop and client) are committed to the correct and based on good faith and business ethics, use and operation of the website. You may be asked to download cookies for the correct and complete appearance and operation of the website. We take all necessary measures for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the online shop, but reserve the exclusive right, and the consumer accepts it, to permanently or temporarily suspend its operation with or without notice to its visitors / members / customers. Under no circumstances will the visitor / member / customer use the online shop to send, publish, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, violates someone else’s privacy or expresses racial, ethnic or other discrimination, may inflict harm to minors in any way, is not allowed to be transmitted in accordance with the law (such as infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights), contains software viruses or any other code, file or program designed to interrupt, damage, destruct or invade the operation of any computer software or hardware, which intentionally or unintentionally violates the applicable Greek and Community legislation and its provisions or may harass third parties in any way. Our users, visitors / customers are responsible for the correctness, accuracy and legality of the information provided to our online shop, which knows them only upon their statement. It is expressly stated that the collection, interception or storage of personal data related to the Content used by other users is prohibited.
1.2.2 Content
We take every possible measure and diligence for the correct publication & display of information regarding the services we promote through our online shop. However, we are not responsible for any errors in the operation of the online shop, in the listed and displayed information (such as the indicative price, availability, photo, etc.) which may be due, for example, to technological failures-errors, typographical and / or ” human “errors and / or incorrect information from suppliers, even through our negligence. In any case, if you find an error, we ask you not to complete the order before notifying our company and clarifying the specific issue. Any reference or link to another website is provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for the content, products, services provided(advertise or sell), their security policy and how they are conducting their visitors.
1.2.3 Sale Prices
We freely formulate our pricing and trade policy, based on our strategy and always within the framework of current legislation, in particular with the provisions on protection of competition (fair and unfair) and, at our free will, we offer promotions. We also reserve the right, and the visitor / member / customer of the store accepts it, to modify the listed prices and to change and / or withdraw the offers at any time with or without prior notice of the visitors / members / customers of our online shop.
1.2.4 Discount Coupons / Gift Vouchers
Our online shop, in the context of its respective commercial policy and customer service, reserves the right to issue and distribute in any way and at any time it deems appropriate, Discount Coupons and Gift Vouchers to its customers. Each coupon or Gift Voucher displays the discount (cash or percentage) and a unique code. Holders of Discount Coupons or Gift Vouchers, benefit from the corresponding discount by entering their coupon code in the special field, during the stage of completion of their order (Checkout), on the payment page. In this case the sum of the discount (cash or percentage) will be deducted from their order. In case the use of a gift voucher exceeds the initial value of the order, the online shop does NOT maintain any difference or negative balance in its system and is not obliged to return a balance.
Cash out coupons is not possible.
1.3 Property & Copyright
The entire content of the online shop (except for those elements that belong to third parties, eg copyrights of third parties, artists, creators, organizations, etc.), ie indicative and not restrictive texts, photos, drawings, commercial and financial data, the programs, all kinds of files, marks / logos, the layout of the online shop, etc., constitute material or intellectual property of our company and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European Law and the applicable international conventions on property.
Any partial or total copying, reproduction, use by anyone without prior written approval of the owner company is prohibited.
No part of this site may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, without the prior written consent of our company. Otherwise, the above actions may constitute an infringement of the intellectual / commercial property rights of our company, which reserves the right to claim any positive and negative damage caused, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Especially due to the nature of the services, the visitor / customer of the online shop accepts that the idea, design, form, proportions and methods are the intellectual property of their creators and reproduction, copying, and any kind of action that reduces, steals or harms their interests is prohibited.
2. ORDERS RECEIPT & COMPLETION
The online shop constantly provides you with a special collection of services at the best possible prices.
The ordering process for either registered members or visitors is simple and consists of the following 2 steps:

Registered members by logging in to their account can receive more detailed information beyond the above steps regarding their order. Although we take all possible measures to correctly indicate the availability of our services, as shown in our online shop, it is still possible that a service will not available at the specific date or even more rarely is not finally available, for reasons that do not fall within the scope of our sphere of influence. In this case you will be informed by e-mail, containing alternative available dates or offering free cancellation.
2.1 Placing an order
In our online shop you can order either as a member or as a regular visitor.
Browse freely in our online store, choose the services of your choice, and place them in your shopping cart. Enter your shopping cart and, following the “steps” indicated to you, proceed to your order.
In order to provide you with the best and most complete service and to facilitate your future purchases, we suggest that you register as a user-member of the store, by filling in the -minimum possible- information required by you in the respective registration form. Each order means that you have accepted the applicable terms of use, which govern the transactions between us in their entirety.
Please check the correctness and legality of the information you provide to us to eliminate possible problems in the processing of your order. The online shop isn’t able to check the validity of the data that you voluntarily and exclusively upon your statement inform us unless accompanied by relevant, official documents.
After sending your order, you will receive an automated message, to the e-mail address you have stated to us, with all the details of the order that the online shop received from you and the procedure for the completion of the order.
All orders are received by us, are subject to checking and confirming the availability of services (checking is done as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after your order).
2.2 Order Processing
After the confirmation of the order, and no later than 14 days before the start of the services, we will inform you about all the details of the reservations and especially:
a) Contract between company and customer,
b) Services itinerary,
c) Vouchers of hotels (in case the reservation also includes hotels),
d) Excursion vouchers (in case the reservation also includes excursions),
e) Domestic air and ferry tickets, in physical or electronic form (in case the reservation also includes tickets).
2.3 Cancellation
The customer has the right to unjustified withdrawal(cancellation) up to one month before the start of services of the itinerary and we will refund the amount due to the contractor, calculated on the total that was received up to that moment. Administrative charges(up to 100 Euros) may apply if we are in an advanced stage of the process.
In case of cancellation, 15 to 30 days before the start of the itinerary, we will charge the contractor a fee of up to 15% of the value(depending on the reason for cancelling).
In case of cancellation, less than 15 days before the start of the itinerary, we will charge the contractor a fee of up to 25% of the value(depending on the reason for cancelling).
Observations:
- If at the time of cancellation, there are hotels and / or flights and ferries booked, the refund of these amounts will depend on the corporate policy of the suppliers.
- The refund will be in Euros (€), updated with the daily exchange rate if conversion in other currency is required.
- In case of cancellation, the customer is obliged to inform us by e-mail.
2.3.1 Changes/ alterations
Program changes are allowed without charges, up to 14 days before the itinerary starts.
For changes less than 14 days before the the start of the itinerary, administrative charges may apply if we are in an advanced stage of the process.
Observations:
- If the changes include booking of flights, ferry tickets and / or hotels, possible charges for these changes will depend on the corporate policy of the suppliers.
- In case of changes are required, the customer is obliged to inform us by e-mail.
3. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
The visitor / member / customer of the online shop fully and unquestionably accepts the exclusive right of the company to suspend his account, the passwords to the services of the online shop and to stop the provision of the content and information of the online shop whenever it deems that he (visitor / member / client) violates these terms or there are indications and / or complaints that illegal acts or omissions are carried out by him. It may also terminate, suspend, modify the operation of the online store in whole or in part, permanently or temporarily at any time with or without prior notice to the visitor / member / customer of the online shop.
The company is not responsible, in case for any reason, including the case of negligence, the operation of the online shop is stopped or it becomes difficult and / or impossible to access or / if, despite the observed security measures, “viruses” or other malicious software are transmitted to the terminals of visitors / members / customers, or if unauthorized third parties or hackers interfere in any way with the content and operation of the online shop making it difficult to use or causing problems in its proper operation or stealing information about personal data of customers and registered users of the online shop. Also, the online shop is not responsible in any case for any claims of legal or civil and / or criminal nature or for any damage (positive, special or negative which, indicatively and not restrictively, divisively and / or cumulatively consists in loss of profits, loss of data, lost profits , financial satisfaction, etc.) from visitors / members / customers of the online shop or third parties due to a reason related to the operation or not and / or the use of the online shop and / or inability to provide services and / or information available from the company through the online shop and / or from any unauthorized interventions of third parties in services and / or information available through it and / or created security gaps.
All the limitations of liability stated in these terms of use are acknowledged and accepted by the visitor / member / customer of the online shop, in their entirety, as valid and in accordance with good faith and business ethics.
3.1 Changes to the Terms & Conditions Policy
The online shop reserves the right to change, at any time and to any extent it deems, the present terms without prior notice. The visitor / member / customer must be informed of the applicable terms and conditions every time he uses the online shop.
4. LEGISLATION
The operation of the online shop and the owner company is governed by Greek Legislation. In any dispute that may arise the company will make every effort on its part for its amicable settlement based on the sincerity, the expectations of the parties and the provisions of this. If an amicable settlement is not possible, the Greek Courts of the city of Heraklion, Crete, are competent and Greek Law is applicable.

7. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
7.1 Cancellations
In case of cancellation, up to one month before the start of the itinerary, we will refund the amount due to the contractor, calculated on the total that was received up to that moment. Administrative charges(up to 100 Euros) may apply if we are in an advanced stage of the process.

Important information: We try our best in order to avoid, or even waive, any charges, that arise as a result of cancellation or last minute changes.
Personal data of the online shop visitors / members / clients will only be used for the bookings of the contracted services and will not be forwarded to other third parties. Upon completion of the services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Union, all legal documents including personal data of the clients will be filed in our office, without access to third parties, while all other traces will be professionally deleted/destroyed.
